Resort Rules

1. Dune Beach Resort sp. z o.o. informs that it is authorized to offer apartment rentals for Clients’ short-term leisure stays.
2. An apartment stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00 the following day.
3. Extending the stay until 14:00 incurs a charge of 50% of one night’s accommodation. Extension until a later time or the following day incurs a charge of 100% of one night’s accommodation and is subject to availability.
4. The Reception registers Guests upon presentation of an identity document and a completed registration card. Personal data are processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
5. Dune Beach Resort considers requests for early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
6. Quiet hours apply throughout the property and in apartments from 22:00 to 6:00.
7. Unregistered persons may stay on the property from 7:00 to 22:00. Unregistered persons may not remain in an apartment after 22:00. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to terminate the rental if this prohibition is violated and is not obliged to refund the deposit.
8. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the deposit is not paid on time.
9. When choosing an offer, the Guest must pay the stated percentage as an advance, in accordance with the offer terms.
10. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Reservations cannot be moved to another date unless the property decides otherwise; in such a case, a handling fee of 250 zł will be added to the final stay price.
11. If the stay is shortened, the accommodation payment is non-refundable.
12. The tourist tax is collected on site and is not included in the stay price.
13. Depending on the offer and apartment category, the final cleaning fee is included in the price or collected on site in the amount of 260, 300, 340, 380 or 480 zł/stay.
14. Towels are changed at the Guest’s request every two days after notifying Reception that service is required. The service includes delivery of dishwasher capsules, toilet paper and rubbish bags. Please also allow staff to enter the apartment while you are absent. Full apartment cleaning with bed-linen change costs 260, 300, 340 or 380 zł, depending on the apartment category (480 zł for the Royal Penthouse).
15. Access to the Wellness Zone (90 minutes/person/day) is free for Dune Beach Resort Guests as part of the accommodation services. Additional access is available for a fee according to the Dune Wellness price lists.
16. Pets are accepted in apartments provided that the Guest declares the pet at reservation and obtains Reception’s approval for the pet to stay in the specific apartment. This is necessary because not every apartment managed by Dune Beach Resort permits pets. A pet fee of 80 zł/pet/day applies. In common areas (lobby, lifts, stairways and terraces), pets must be kept on a lead.
17. The property has indoor and outdoor parking. An additional fee applies: 65 zł/day in high season and during special periods, and 40 zł/day in medium and low season. Advance reservation is required (online: 20% cheaper).
18. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. A Guest who violates the smoking ban will be charged 1000 zł.
19. Guests of Dune Beach Resort Apartments are liable for all damage caused in rooms. Damage includes destruction or damage to room furnishings and their loss. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to charge the Guest for any damage caused.
20. The Guest must report any damage no later than check-out.
21. Guests must keep the apartment key with due care. If it is lost, Guests will be charged 300 zł for replacing two lock cylinders. Each apartment includes one set of keys and one access token for the building.
22. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to terminate the rental if Guests seriously violate the house rules and is not obliged to refund the deposit.
23. For fire-safety reasons, using heaters, irons or other electrical appliances not provided in the room is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio/video or computer equipment. The use of open flames is also prohibited.
24. Personal belongings left in the apartment by a departing Guest will be sent to the indicated address at the recipient’s expense. If no instructions are provided, Dune Beach Resort will store the items for three months and then donate them to charity or for public use.
25. The Guest must pay 100% of the accommodation price no later than upon check-in/key collection.
26. Guests must comply with the rules for the property’s common areas—lobby, restaurant, viewing terraces, stairways and lifts. Failure to comply may result in legal consequences.
27. Using the rental services constitutes acceptance of these rules. The Guest agrees to comply with the rules of Dune Resort at 16, 18 and 20 Pionierów Street in Mielno, Rezydencja Park at Orła Białego Street in Mielno, and Jantaris at Piastów Street in Mielno.
