USE OF VOUCHERS DUNE BEACH RESORT SP. Z O.O.

§1
GENERAL RULES

1. The service voucher specifies the service of using Golf and Racing simulators that can be used in the facility.
2. Each Voucher has its own unique number, which should be provided when booking.
3. All Vouchers are registered by the Dune Beach Resort reception.
4. The buyer is any adult or legal person who has a Voucher and accepts the provisions of these Regulations.
5. The User is a person authorized to use the Voucher on the terms and promotions applicable to him, determined by the Voucher number.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
7. The voucher can only be redeemed at Dune Beach Resort.
8. The voucher can be used once, without the possibility of division.
9. Upon receipt of the Voucher, the Buyer/User declares that he has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its content and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
10. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to change the Regulations of the Voucher. Any changes are effective from the date of their introduction by the facility, after the amended Regulations are made available.

§2
VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHER

1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the issuer specifies otherwise. The expiration date is each time indicated on the Voucher.
2. The validity date of Vouchers in exceptional situations may be extended only on the basis of a written (also e-mail) confirmation of the possibility of extension by the facility.
3. Dune Beach Resort is not responsible for a Voucher that has been lost or damaged after it has been delivered to the Purchaser.

§3
TERMS OF USE

1. The purchased Voucher is non-refundable.
2. When redeeming the Amount Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive the change if the value of the goods or services received is lower than the value of the Voucher.
3. The User is obliged to pay the difference between the value of the Voucher and the final settlement amount at the time of booking or after the end of the service.
4. In order to redeem the Voucher, please contact the staff of the Dune Golf & Racing simulator zone at +48 535 545 100, or via the e-mail address simulatory@dunebeachresort.com.
5. If the reservation is not used or canceled later than 90 days before the date of arrival, the Voucher is considered as completed.
6. Dune Beach Resort has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher when:
a) The Voucher has expired.
b) Damage to the Voucher makes it impossible to read the data stored on the Voucher.
c) No advance booking has been made.
d) The occupancy of a given date in Dune Gold & Racing is high or there are no vacancies in the simulator zone.
e) There is a breach of any of the previous sub-clauses.
7. Any irregularities and errors in the content, rules and identification number on the Voucher should be reported to the e-mail address indicated by Dune Beach Resort: recepcja@dunebeachresort.com within two weeks from the date of receipt of the Voucher by the Purchaser.
