REGULATIONS FOR USING VOUCHERS AT DUNE BRASSERIE & BAR
§1 GENERAL RULES
1. The value voucher entitles the holder to use the services of the restaurant and specifies the amount that can be redeemed at Dune Brasserie & Bar.
2. Each voucher has a unique number, which must be provided when making a table reservation.
3. All vouchers are registered by the reception of Dune Beach Resort.
4. The purchaser is an adult natural person or legal entity who has purchased the voucher and accepts the provisions of these regulations.
5. The user is the person entitled to redeem the voucher in accordance with the rules set out in these regulations.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The voucher can only be redeemed at Dune Brasserie & Bar.
8. The voucher can be used only once and cannot be split.
9. By receiving the voucher, the purchaser/user declares that they have read, accepted, and agree to comply with these regulations.
10. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to amend the voucher regulations. Any changes take effect on the date they are introduced, once the updated regulations are made available.
§2 VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHER
1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise by the issuer. The expiry date is always indicated on the voucher.
2. The validity period of the voucher may be extended in exceptional circumstances, only with written confirmation from the venue.
3. Dune Beach Resort is not responsible for vouchers that are lost or damaged after being handed over to the purchaser.
§3 TERMS OF USE
1. Purchased vouchers are non-refundable.
2. When redeeming a value voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change if the service value is lower than the voucher amount, and the unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited.
3. The user is obliged to pay the difference between the voucher value and the final settlement amount at the time of reservation or after the service is completed.
4. To redeem the voucher, please contact the restaurant staff by phone at: +48 570 020 909 or via email at: brasserie@dunebeachresort.com.
5. If the reservation is not used or is canceled less than 90 days before the reservation date, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
6. Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to refuse to redeem the voucher if:
a) The voucher has expired.
b) Damage to the voucher prevents reading the data on the voucher.
c) No prior reservation has been made.
d) The restaurant Dune Brasserie & Bar is fully booked for the selected date or no seats are available.
e) Any of the previous points have been violated.
7. Any irregularities or errors in the content, rules, or identification number of the voucher must be reported to the email address provided by Dune Beach Resort: recepcja@dunebeachresort.com within two weeks of the purchaser receiving the voucher.
