The 72-square-meter B317 apartment is located on the third floor of the Dune B building and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment offers a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a central view of the sea.

Above-average equipment, dropped ceilings and various lighting options, walls with sandstone elements and wallpapers - these are some of the elements that raise the standard of this remarkable apartment.

In the hall there is a spacious wardrobe for outerwear and all hand-held things. On the right side of the entrance to the apartment there is a bathroom with a large shower decorated in achromatic colors. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. In the same part of the apartment there are two bedrooms with a view of the Resort and a partial sea view. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds that can be pushed apart, the other with one king-size bed. Each bedroom is furnished with an LCD TV and a fair-sized wardrobe as well as with two single beds attached together that can remain separated. On the left side of the entrance to the apartment there is a living room with a kitchenette. In the seating area, there is a large corner sofa and an LCD TV. Fully glazed exterior walls in the living room of the apartment offer you to admire the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchenette has the following equipment: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all necessary kitchen accessories. Next to the kitchenette there is a rectangular dining table located right next to the window so that you can admire beautiful sea views. If you want to drink a cup of coffee or a glass of prosecco in the open air with a view of the Baltic Sea and relax while listening to the sounds of waves, it is enough to cross the threshold, stepping out to the private balcony, which is an integral part of the space.
