The Apartment B316 with an area of 87 m2 is located on the third floor of teh Dune B building and can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and 2 balconies with a view of the sea.

In a hall there is a wardrobe for hand-held things. On the left side of the entrance to the apartment there is a bathroom decorated in elegant shades of white, grey and black. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries and towels. Having entered the apartment and when turning right you will find a night zone with two bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a wardrobe for your clothes. In one of the bedrooms there is a large double bed and in the second one there are two single beds. Both bedrooms are connected with each other by a balcony that has a view of the sea.

In the central part of the apartment there is a living room with a kitchenette. In the dining area there is a kitchen island and a large, rectangular table where you can cherish your meals together. In the lounge area there is a comfortable, soft corner sofa, a coffee table, pouffes and a modern TV set. The kitchenette is excellently equipped. It has the following equipment: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen accessories. The living room opens into a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea and a patio. You can relax there while seating on comfortable leisure furniture.
